📱 WhatsApp Support – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing WhatsApp support from The Fairy BirthMother. This service is designed to offer flexible, compassionate guidance and reassurance during your perinatal journey. It is available as a standalone service or included within selected packages.
✅ What’s Included:
- Unlimited WhatsApp messages, voice notes, and image sharing.
- 7 days a week support for the purchased duration:
– 2 weeks
– 4 weeks
– 12 weeks - Prompt replies between 9am and 8pm. Messages sent outside these hours will be responded to the next morning where possible.
(While I may reply outside these hours occasionally, it is not guaranteed.)
❌ What’s Not Included:
- No phone or video calls are included.
- This support is via WhatsApp only.
🔒 Boundaries & Scope of Support:
- WhatsApp support is for emotional support, guidance, and practical suggestions within the scope of my professional training as a breastfeeding consultant, infant feeding specialist, perinatal educator, maternity nurse, and mental health educator.
- If a query is beyond my remit (e.g. requiring medical diagnosis or urgent care), I will always signpost or refer you appropriately to a relevant professional.
- I do not provide medical advice. Any information I offer should not be used as a substitute for professional medical input.

- Your messages will remain private and confidential and will never be shared without your permission, unless I have serious concerns about your safety or the safety of your child — in which case I am professionally and legally obligated to take appropriate action.
- In line with GDPR (UK General Data Protection Regulation):
- Your data (including any information shared on WhatsApp) is handled securely.
- I will not use your contact details or personal information for marketing without your explicit consent.

📅 Booking Terms:
- WhatsApp support begins on the agreed start date and runs consecutively for the selected duration (2, 4, or 12 weeks).
- Missed days or breaks in communication will not extend the support period.
- To secure your WhatsApp support, full payment must be made in advance.
