🌿 Power Hour – Terms & Conditions
By booking a Power Hour session with The Fairy BirthMother, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of the Session
The Power Hour is a supportive and educational session, designed to offer guidance, emotional support, and evidence-based information. It does not replace medical, psychological, or lactation-specific care. For feeding-related support, please book a dedicated Lactation & Breastfeeding Consultation session.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A small booking fee applies (this is non-refundable and set by the payment platform).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds are not available once a booking is confirmed.
4. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in strict confidence. Notes are minimal and securely stored.
Sessions are not recorded to protect your privacy.
5. Technology & Access
Sessions are delivered online via Zoom (or an agreed alternative). Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space where you can talk openly.
6. Scope of Practice
I provide emotional, practical, and educational support within my professional training as a Perinatal Educator, Breastfeeding Consultant & Infant Feeding Specialist, Maternity Nurse, and Perinatal Parent and Child Mental Health Educator.
I do not provide diagnosis or medical treatment.
7. Follow-Up Support
You will receive a brief follow-up email within 48 hours summarising key discussion points and signposting (if appropriate). Ongoing support beyond this session may be booked separately.
8. Agreement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that you consent to engage in a supportive, non-clinical consultation space.
