Power Hours are one-to-one, hour-long calls tailored to whatever you need — birth prep, birth recovery, sleep, routines, mental wellbeing, or simply talking things through. No topic is too big or small, and no judgement here, just evidence-based advice and kind, personalised support.
Choose from 2, 4, or 12 weeks of ongoing support. You’ll have direct access to me via phone or WhatsApp, (within working hours). Use it for questions, reassurance, signposting, or just having someone who gets it in your corner.
Absolutely. You don’t need to have done a course with me to book support. If you’ve had your baby and need some guidance — I’m here. Whether we’ve just met or you’ve been with me since pregnancy, the door is open.
